Location: Wrocław / Katowice / Warsaw - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transaction Strategy and Execution team works closely with EY Real Estate professionals to support clients across a broad spectrum of real estate, construction, and transformation initiatives.

Our team is one of the largest real estate and infrastructure advisory groups, supporting private and public sector clients throughout the lifecycle of complex real estate projects. By combining deep sector expertise with a global network and local market knowledge, we help clients successfully deliver development, construction, transformation, and operational improvement programs.

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant with German to support real estate project management, project delivery, and advisory engagements. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in real estate development, project management, construction consulting, engineering, PMO, or related project environments who are looking to work with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Support clients across the full lifecycle of real estate projects, from strategic planning and design through execution and project close-out.
  • Provide consulting support on property construction and infrastructure engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, and implementation activities.
  • Lead selected workstreams within project management and advisory engagements.
  • Coordinate project stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between clients, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
  • Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, due diligence activities, and project reviews.
  • Support project governance activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and risk management.
  • Develop and review project documentation, technical specifications, project schedules, cost estimates, and project control reports.
  • Monitor project progress against budgets, timelines, milestones, risks, and quality objectives.
  • Support business and operational transformation initiatives within the real estate sector.
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops, site inspections, and stakeholder discussions when required.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, market analyses, proposals, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, project delivery methodologies, and best practices within the real estate and construction sectors.

 To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • +4 years’ of professional experience in real estate construction sector.

 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

  • Architecture
  • Civil Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Construction Management
  • Real Estate
  • Or a related discipline

 

  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Experience supporting project planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, or project governance activities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel according to business requirements.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Experience supporting commercial, office, residential, industrial, logistics, mixed-use, or infrastructure-related developments.
  • Exposure to project controls, cost management, scheduling, procurement, construction monitoring, or contract administration.
  • Understanding of real estate development processes and project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in consulting, engineering, architecture, project management, or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
