The opportunity:

 

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will work within a dynamic Business Consulting Finance GBS team, supporting entity-wide transformation initiatives across finance strategy, operating models, digital finance, and GBS in an international, cross-functional environment. This is a role for an experienced professional with a solid finance and project management background and a passion for shaping the future of finance within a collaborative, mentor-driven culture.

  • Support the execution of transformation programs, from strategy development to operational implementation

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future:

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience within the Operations and/or Consulting
  • Experience in consulting projects related to process optimization (preferably within one or more area: PtP, OtC, RtR or FP&A), process migration, benchmarking and finance transformation
  • Understanding of existing generative AI services
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems
  • Experience in system implementations, UAT, configuration, or support during finance system rollouts / Super User experience in systems (e.g. HighRadius/ Basware /OT VIM/ InvoiceTrack/ Esker/Blackline/ Trintech/ ServiceNow)
  • Ability to collect and analyze complex set of data, data visualization tools literacy
  • Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business metrics
  • High affinity in dealing with MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools such as MURAL or Power BI
  • Project Management experience and proven track of projects delivery
  • Experience in GBS Operating Model Design, Service Management framework definition is a plus
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, further languages are a plus
  • Highly motivated and willing to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture
  • Willingness to travel
