  • Implementation of solutions based on the latest SAP technologies: S/4 HANA, C/4 HANA, SAP ERP, SAP SCP, CAR, BI, IBP, GRC;
  • Supervision and quality assurance in implementation projects. 

 

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Service Senior Consultant who wants to continue their professional career in the area of solutions dedicated to:

  • Customer service, i.e., S/4HANA Service, SAP ECC Customer Service;
  • Maintenance within the organization, i.e., S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management, SAP ECC Plant Maintenance.

 

The person in this position will have the opportunity to develop their skills and gain experience in functional consulting based on the latest SAP solutions in the area of Sales & Service, i.e., S/4HANA Sales, S/4HANA Service, S/4HANA EAM, SAP APM, SAP SSAM, and CX (Sales & Service Cloud, including SAP FSM).

We are looking for people who are committed, focused on their own development and gaining new experiences, open to challenges, good at working in a team, analytical, and above all, willing to explore the world of sales, customer service, and maintenance – both from a business perspective and in terms of SAP solutions.

 

Your scope of duties:

  • Participation in consulting projects – including SAP implementation projects and business transformations in the areas of sales, service, and maintenance;
  • Depending on your professional experience, you may coordinate the work of the team (Stream Leader) and act as a subject matter expert on the project (Subject Matter Expert);
  • Supporting customers in choosing the optimal business solution;
  • Process analysis based on SAP solutions;
  • Creating concepts and technical and functional documentation;
  • Working with the project team and the customer to understand and meet business requirements;
  • Testing and participating in the SAP solution implementation process;
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing SAP systems;
  • Other tasks related to the SAP area, as required by the projects and the team;

Our requirements:

  • Professional experience as an SAP consultant (at least 3 years) or key user (4 years);
  • Knowledge of business processes in the field of service (S/4HANA Service, SAP ECC CS);
  • Knowledge of business processes in the field of maintenance (S/4HANA EAM, SAP ECC PM) and sales (S/4HANA Sales, SAP ECC SD) is welcome;
  • Higher education (preferably in IT and economics);
  • Very good knowledge of English (a prerequisite due to the international nature of the projects);
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems;
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills;
  • Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility;
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems;
  • Certificates confirming knowledge of SAP and project management is also a plus.
