Senior Consultant GCP Cloud Architect
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud architectures on GCP for enterprise-scale projects.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams to define cloud strategies and solutions.
- Develop migration plans for applications and data to GCP.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Provide technical leadership during project delivery and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with GCP services and emerging cloud technologies.

Our requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in cloud architecture roles.
- Proven ability to work with clients at a strategic level and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage).
- Expertise in cloud architecture design, including high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of networking in cloud environments (VPC, load balancing, firewalls).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring and cost optimization in GCP.
- Certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Architect or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.
