Senior Consultant - Cybersecurity Consulting

We are one of the largest cybersecurity teams in Poland, with over 180 experts working in offices in Warsaw, Krakow, and Katowice.

We carry out comprehensive projects in the areas of IT and OT, including reviews, design, and implementation of technological and process solutions.

We have a modern laboratory where we test IT/OT security solutions. 

 

Your scope of duties:

  • Co-creation of projects in the area of cybersecurity strategy and transformation;
  • Maturity assessment and reviews of security management systems (CSF NISTv2, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CIS Controls);
  • Designing and improving cyber risk management models for IT/OT systems;
  • Implementing regulatory requirements and assessing compliance with NIS2, DORA, CER, AI Act;
  • Creating processes and regulations in the area of cybersecurity;
  • EY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. With AI-powered solutions your analyses, insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level. Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. Our requirements:

  • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level (working with international clients);
  • Experience in designing and preparing organizations for ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certification;
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements: NIS2, CER, DORA;
  • Ability to give presentations and communicate with clients;
  • Willingness to travel (international projects);
  • Hybrid working model – 2 days in the office. 

 

We will also appriciate:

  • Experience in preparing DRP plans;
  • Ability to identify critical processes and systems and assess their vulnerability;
  • Understanding of business processes and their impact on cybersecurity management;
  • Knowledge of trends and concepts in the area of security and operational models.
