Location: Warsaw/Wrocław

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

As part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team, you will participate in international projects, playing a dual role in leading projects’ delivery and participating in bid initiatives for our government and public sector clients. You will engage in complex assignments, guiding clients through their transformation journeys while also spearheading the bid process to secure new opportunities.

 

Your key responsibilities


•    Lead and manage public sector projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
•    Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on project management and governance.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling bids and proposals that meet client needs and showcase EY’s capabilities.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across various EY practices.

•    Strong planning and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
•    Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
•    Strong written communication skills, ensuring that proposals effectively address the tender requirements, demonstrates the value of the proposed solution, and the content is tailored to the target audience.
•    Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive approach and a solution-oriented mindset.
•    Proficient in project management methodologies, and experienced in bid management processes, preferably for public tenders.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have


•    A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering.
•    Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and bid management, preferably within the public sector or consulting environment within distributed multicultural environments.
•    Understanding of public sector operations, and procurement processes.
•    Excellent written and spoken English skills.
•    Familiarity with management tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, and other relevant software.
•    One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have


•    Proficiency in additional European language(s).
•    Experience working with international government agencies or public sector organizations.
•    Experience in working at consulting firms.
