The opportunity

CSS role help enables Consulting Engagement team’s efficiency and delivery through the key project management and coordination activities.

We support end–to–end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement, region and practice. We help in project coordination & management, financial analysis, engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries.

Your key responsibilities

• CSSs enhance service delivery by ensuring that deadlines are met, the project is efficiently managed, and there is proactive coordination /communication
• Develop good working relationships and proactively anticipate client needs
• To support project management team within assigned scope
• Looking for improvement opportunities based on acquired knowledge and skills
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Focus on quality of deliverables
• Applying appropriate documentation standards
• Ability to effectively prioritize, organise and execute tasks in a high-pressure

Skills and attributes for success

• Any Graduate, preferably B.Com/BBA/Economics or Master’s degree
• Previous relevant Industry or project management experience of 1-3 years
• Strong attention to detail
• Assertive, with strong influencing skills
• Prior experience working with Global cliental preferred
• Organised and self-disciplined  
• High degree of accuracy  
• Confident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally  
• Openness to support initiatives across organisation

To qualify for the role, you must have

• German at level B2 or higher
• Fluent English communication - both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills
• Proactiveness and flexibility
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (World, Excel, Power Point) 
• Ability to function as part of a team 
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Analytical/numerical skills  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Additional language will be an advantage
• Power BI, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.
• Prior experience working with Client
• Project Management related course/certification
