Currently we are looking for: OT Service Management Consultant.

Join our OT/IoT* Security Hub for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region.


The opportunity:

The role will contribute to IT/OT organization transformation and governance competence group in the existing OT/IoT Security practice. He/She will play a direct role in advising our clients in OT Service Management transformation adapting and implementing management systems and service delivery models for OT Applications, Infrastructure and Security in Operational Technology area.  

Your key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop yourself as a true Service Management expert in combined IT, OT and Security domains
  • Actively participate in OT Service Management Transformation engagements, meet with Clients, support development of concepts, solutions, methods required to fulfil projects objectives
  • Support business development activities, including methodology development, proposal writing, and direct support for presentation to potential clients

 

Skills and attributes for success:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in areas like design, implementation, transition and management of IT, OT and/or Security Services
  • Experience or understating of service management processes, common ITSM frameworks and concepts (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps)
  • Experience or understating of Project Management methods
  • Capability to develop professional documents in the form of reports, analysis, methodologies, policies and/or procedures (in English)
