As an OT Security Management Consultant, you will help organizations strengthen the security and resilience of their Operational Technology environments. Working at the intersection of business, risk and technology, you will guide clients through complex OT security challenges, helping them design practical security strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Working alongside experienced consultants, technical OT security specialists and our OT Security Lab experts, you will gain exposure to both strategic advisory projects and real-world OT security initiatives. Through collaboration with EY Wavespace, you will also participate in innovation workshops and solution design sessions that help clients transform ideas into actionable outcomes.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of cutting-edge OT security management frameworks tailored to client needs;
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits of OT environments, identifying critical areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to understand organizational goals and regulatory demands;
  • Design and deploy effective security controls that significantly reduce operational risks;
  • Oversee compliance monitoring programs to ensure adherence to security policies;
  • Advise on industry best practices, standards, and regulations such as NIST, IEC 62443, and ISA/IEC;
  • Deliver training and awareness initiatives to foster a strong security culture within client organizations;
  • Manage projects ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes;
  • Prepare and present insightful reports and presentations to senior management, demonstrating the impact of governance strategies;
  • Stay ahead of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and trends in OT security.

 

What We Expect From You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in OT security, with a strong focus on management, risk, and compliance;
  • Solid understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and the unique challenges of securing OT environments;
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and frameworks such as NIST, IEC62443, and ISA/IEC;
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective security management policies and frameworks;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or equivalent are highly valued;
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
