Manufacturing Analyst in Supply Chain and Operations

Your scope of duties:

• You will support our clients in their Manufacturing Excellence transformation and Smart Factory implementation
• You will support our project teams in implementing transformations in one of the different areas of Manufacturing
• You will be contributor in client engagements and progressively initiate and support work streams to provide high quality services in line with EY’s proven global methodologies and tools
• You will support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, whilst also actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships

Our requirements:

• Initial experience/graduate (1-2 years) in one of the following areas of manufacturing: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / Internships / Production at multinational companies
• Experience in being parts in projects and project teams
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations/trainings
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally and globally, up to 70-80%  is a MUST (maximum working time spent at the client's location, in Poland and/or abroad)
• Analytical thinking and skills
• Degree in engineering, science or supply chain
• Fluency in Polish and English is a must – this role requires working with Polish and international clients on a daily basis
• Another European language will be a benefit (German/French/Spanish)
• Experience in manageing and leading in student organizations is a great benefit
