Junior Software Testing Intern
Job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Software Testing Intern to join our Quality Engineering team. In this role, you will support testing activities across ongoing projects, working closely with Test Leads, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners. This position is ideal for someone who wants to begin the career in software testing, eager to learn, and ready to develop both technical and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.
Your scope of duties:
- Execute test cases based on provided documentation and acceptance criteria;
- Support the creation and maintenance of test scenarios, test data, and test evidence;
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing under guidance from senior testers;
- Log defects in the test management tool and follow up on their lifecycle;
- Assist in verifying bug fixes and retesting impacted areas;
- Participate in daily team meetings and provide clear updates on assigned tasks;
- Support UAT and SIT preparation activities where required;
- Contribute to process improvements and share observations that help enhance product quality;

Our requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work;
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing principles;
- Ability to follow instructions and work with structured documentation;
- Analytical thinking and willingness to investigate issues independently;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
- A good command of English (spoken and written);
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing techniques.
