Junior Accounting Specialist - Statutory Reporting
Location: Warsaw
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 day remote

Our Statutory Reporting professionals are involved in preparation of required statutory financial statements or other financial information. Our Statutory Reporting teams combine a blend of central and country expertise to prepare globally consistent group to local GAAP bridging packs and to deliver a consistent and standardized financial statement preparation process.
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Junior Accounting Specialist to join Statutory Reporting team to support our Global Clients in a multi country Statutory Reporting Compliance capacity with main focus on GAAP bridging between Group GAAP (US GAAP/ IFRS) and local GAAP and support in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements.
Your key responsibilities
- Preparing of standardized Group GAAP to Local GAAP bridging adjustments for multi-country engagements within central technology
- Preparing of supporting methodology documentation for Group GAAP to Local GAAP bridge
- Adherence to the compliance calendar of client to ensure smooth finalization of books and statutory reporting
Skills and attributes for success
- Good communication skills in Business English and Polish – written and spoken
- Good work organization, initiative and commitment
- Willingness to learn and develop within team player mentality
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of tax and accounting processes and accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP knowledge is an asset)
- Microsoft Office knowledge and Excel skills
- The interview sesssion is conducted face to face in our Warsaw office - willingness to participate
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in preparation or review of Financial Statements is an asset
