Digital Manufacturing Consultant in Supply Chain and Operations Team
Your scope of duties:
• Collaborate on the development of digital manufacturing strategies,
• Design solutions for digital manufacturing transformations,
• Develop business cases for transformation programs,
• Co-create digital manufacturing roadmaps,
• Design initiatives for digital manufacturing, including ecosystem analysis, requirements gathering, user story collection, capability modeling, impact analysis, tech vendor selection, business case projection, and implementation strategy,
• Act as a subject matter expert in functional and technical solution architecture, integration, data ecosystem, and enterprise architecture,
• Assist in the development of Industry 4.0 and emerging tech assets,
• Support sales processes for tech products and services,
• Participate in PR and market education related to Industry 4.0,

Our requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation and strategizing,
• Familiarity with operational models in industrial enterprises,
• Understanding of business models in sectors like Oil and Gas, Power and Utilities, Mining and Metals, Automotive, Food and Beverages,
• Experience in digital manufacturing solutions,
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing vendors and emerging tech solutions,
• Experience with IoT, data analytics, AI, cloud technologies, and immersive technologies,
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing, robotics, and OT/IT/IoT technology stacks,
• Project management skills and experience in technology solution implementation,
• [Preferred] Experience with IoT platforms, MES systems, and OT platforms,
• Ownership, self-starter attitude, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and stakeholder management,
• Languages: Fluent in English and Polish.
