The Technology Consulting team works with world’s best-known large domestic and global: financial institutions, broker-dealers, foreign banking organizations, asset management and insurance companies, who trusted us to assist them with large scale transformation program delivery challenges.

We are looking for Candidates who will strengthen our Technology Solutions Delivery Team in Poland. We welcome DevOps engineers willing to contribute to Data & AI team in designing, developing, and implementing DevOps solutions powering Data and AI.
We will appreciate when you are willing to take initiative and seek out opportunities to grow our Data practice with strong focus on Gen AI / LLMs. If you’re serious about progressing and ready to solve our clients’ most complex issues, this role is for you.
Your scope of duties:
- Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data and AI workloads,
- Automate Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools,
- Work with containers, orchestration, and cloud-native tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps),
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data processing pipelines,
- Define and estimate the scope of work needed for the implementation of data and AI systems,
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for DevOps and Data & AI Solutions,
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data and AI clusters, jobs, and workflows,
- Collaborate, support and share knowledge within the team,
- Support side initiatives (e.g., workshops, proof-of-concept, product shows),

Our requirements:
- Very good English language in verbal and written communication,
- Willingness to develop your career in DevOps and Data & AI area,
- Excellent collaboration skills to interact with teammates and other stakeholders,
- Ability to plan, track, and report the status of the deliverables,
- At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or similar,
- Understanding of Microsoft Cloud Services, especially:
- Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
- Azure Key Vault,
- VNET,
- Storage Accounts,
- Log Analytics,
- Azure Monitor
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep.
- Experience in CI/CD concepts and Git-based workflows.
- Familiarity with Python or Bash for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker).
- Solid grasp of data pipelines, ETL concepts, and data orchestration.
Additional Assets:
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus),
- Exposure to Kubernetes,
- Basic knowledge of Spark in Databricks,
- Experience and knowledge of building data analytics solutions using technologies like Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake etc,
- Interest in AI, prompt engineering, or LLM-based solutions.
