Data and AI Business Analyst

The Technology Consulting team works with world’s best-known large domestic and global: financial institutions, broker-dealers, foreign banking organizations, asset management and insurance companies, who trusted us to assist them with large scale transformation program delivery challenges.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing Data & AI team working with cutting-edge technologies - including GenAI and LLMs - with plenty of autonomy, responsibility and variety in your daily work. We are looking for dynamic individuals eager to intensively develop in one of the fastest-growing technological domains and take on new challenges in a multinational environment. You will be responsible for business analysis throughout the delivery lifecycle, supporting process modelling, requirement specification, and in-depth analysis of complex systems and environments. As you grow, you will have the opportunity to take on more managerial and coordination responsibilities.

Your scope of duties:

• Conducting end-to-end business analysis for Data & AI projects, translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements
• Modelling and optimizing business processes using industry-standard methodologies
• Participating in client workshops to help capture objectives, challenges and expectations
• Defining, documenting and validating business, functional and data requirements
• Collaborating closely with developers, data engineers, architects and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting side initiatives (e.g., workshops, proof-of-concept, product shows);

Our requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to create process diagrams, functional specifications, other project documentation
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Motivation to build your career in the Data & AI domain
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong self‑organization: ability to plan, track and report your work
• At least 1-3 years of experience in IT projects as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• At least a bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science or a related field

Nice to have:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Understanding of GenAI, LLMs or ML technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL)
