We are seeking dynamic Data Scientists at all experience levels—junior, mid, and senior—who are eager to develop intensively in the fastest-growing technological sector and embrace new opportunities in a multinational work environment.
Your scope of duties:
- Design and develop advanced analytics and AI solutions to address client use cases, leveraging your experience in Data Science and AI Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, etc.).
- Build and deploy machine learning models, including those based on LLMs and Gen AI.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Data Science solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Data Science and AI (for senior roles).
- Define and estimate the scope of work for data science projects.
- Support and mentor other team members (for mid and senior roles).
- Participate in initiatives (e.g., workshops, proof-of-concept projects, product demonstrations).
- Utilize AI-powered tools (such as EYQ) to enhance your analyses, insights, and innovative ideas.

Our requirements:
- Very good English (verbal and written).
- Strong interest in developing a career in Data Science and AI.
- Excellent collaboration skills to interact with teammates and stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, track, and report on deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher), preferably in engineering, computer science, mathematics, big data, statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in data science, machine learning, or AI (open to candidates from junior to senior levels).
- Coding and development skills in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Fabric, Tableau).
- Familiarity with production-level deployments, DevOps/DataOps principles, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience working in an Agile environment
Additional assets:
- Experience in large, international data science or analytics projects.
- Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric).
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar work tracking tools.
- Understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts.
- Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, and ML technologies.
- Familiarity with graph database solutions.
- Technical knowledge in programming, scripting, and related standards (e.g., Python, R, bash, Java, Scala, JavaScript, C#).
