Join EY as a Cloud Team Leader and take a key role in shaping the future of cloud services within our Technology Consulting practice. In this position, you will lead a team of experts, define strategic directions, and drive innovative cloud transformation projects for top-tier clients. Combining leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen, you will manage complex architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, while actively contributing to sales and client relationships. Your responsibilities:
- Managing the Cloud team – planning, developing competencies, mentoring, and overseeing project delivery.
- Defining the strategy for cloud services development within the Technology Consulting department.
- Active participation in the sales process – preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating with clients.
- Building relationships with key C-level clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions tailored to their business strategy.
- Supervising cloud transformation projects – migrations, application modernization, integration with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborating with EY global teams on innovation and best practices.

Cloud Architecture:
- Designing and implementing solutions in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Creating hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
- Integrating cloud with on-premise systems.
Security and Compliance:
- Implementing security mechanisms (IAM, encryption, monitoring).
- Knowledge of regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) and compliance standards in the cloud.
Automation and DevOps:
- Experience in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Managing containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
Migrations and Modernization:
- Planning and executing application and data migrations to the cloud.
- Cost and performance optimization in cloud environments.
FinOps and Cost Management:
- Cloud cost analysis and implementing optimization strategies.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in technology, including at least 3 years of team management.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and systems architecture.
- Documented experience in selling technology services, including preparing proposals and conducting negotiations.
- Ability to conduct executive-level discussions and build long-term business relationships.
- Advanced English language skills (work in an international environment).
- Cloud certificates (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience in transformational projects are a plus.
- Knowledge of Tools and Services:
- AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), Azure (VM, AKS, Functions), GCP (Compute Engine, BigQuery).
- Monitoring and observability (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus)
