Your scope of duties:  

  1.  Provide Expertise and Best Practices:
    • Offer specialized knowledge and insights into P2P processes.
    • Share industry best practices and benchmarks related to P2P optimization.
    • Advise on innovative approaches and emerging trends in P2P process management.
  2. Drive Process Design & Assessment Workshops:
    • Facilitate workshops aimed at designing or redesigning the P2P process.
    • Lead discussions to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop efficient and effective process designs.
  3. Manage Stakeholders:
    • Identify key stakeholders involved in the P2P process.
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Communicate effectively to align stakeholders on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Manage expectations and address concerns to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support.
    • Conduct high-quality, data-driven presentations to stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Compile comprehensive project plans, manage, and track progress to ensure goals are achieved.
  4. Optimize Process Efficiency:
    • Analyze current P2P processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop strategies to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and enhance efficiency.
    • Implement process optimization initiatives and monitor their impact on performance metrics.

 

 Our requirements: 

  1. Highly value prior experience as a Management Consultant with a focus on Accounts Payable, Business Transformation, and Data Analysis
  2. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly
  4. Experience Contributing to Transformation Projects:
    1. Established history of actively participating in the execution of transformation projects, within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain, focusing on process enhancements and technological advancements.
    2. Demonstrated capability in engaging with stakeholders, contributing to project planning, and facilitating change management processes throughout the project lifecycle
    3. Able to evaluate current systems, pinpoint potential areas for improvement, design, and implement changes leveraging data analytics
  1. Hands-On Expertise in P2P Area:
    1. Extensive hands-on experience in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process domain, preferably within diverse industries and organizational settings.
    2. In-depth knowledge of P2P workflows, systems, and tools, including but not limited to procurement platforms, invoice processing systems, and payment solutions.
    3. Experience in establishing control frameworks for Accounts Payable and thorough understanding of related regulations
  2. Data Analytics:
    1. Proficiency in data analysis techniques, including handling large datasets and performing advanced analytics.
    2. Experience with big data technologies and tools for processing, analyzing, and visualizing data to derive actionable insights.
    3. Strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.  Ideally experience with workflow mapping tools ( Visio)
  3. Knowledge About P2P Trends/Markets and Best Practices:
    1. Up-to-date understanding of current trends, challenges, and innovations in the P2P market.
    2. Familiarity with leading P2P software solutions, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
    3. Ability to leverage industry best practices and benchmarks to drive process improvements and optimize P2P performance.
