The opportunity

You will be operating in our dynamic Tax team, in a role that offers professional satisfaction and growth. Together with your team you will provide strategic consultation, guidance, and expertise to a broad spectrum of clients and complex businesses. You will have a unique opportunity to sharpen your technical knowledge, management skills, and business instincts, surrounded by a team of driven and dedicated professionals. You will work closely with the top-level management, helping businesses understand, manage, and optimize their tax obligations. 

Your key responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic commercial help so clients improve their day-to-day reporting for direct, indirect, or digital taxes. 
• Help clients to improve working capital, reducing errors, reducing costs, and ensuring taxes are handled correctly in the disruptive compliance environment and increasing digitalization of the Tax Authorities. 
• Depending on your expertise, you will advise how direct taxes such as corporate income tax, withholding tax, real estate tax, etc. or indirect taxes such as VAT, excise duties, import duties, etc. or green taxes such as pollution, environmental, carbon taxes, etc., digital taxation effect the client’s supply chain and financial and accounting systems. 

Skills and attributes for success

• Proven work experience in tax. 
• Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, economics, or another business-related field. 
• Delegation, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communicator. 
• Innovative working methods, ambition for challenges and ability to adapt to changes. 
• Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines, to achieve objectives by successfully interacting and collaborating with team members. 
• Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day responsibility of delivery team.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian.

Salary: EUR 3000 – 3900 gross.
