The opportunity
When you join EY Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing financial transparency, spearheading competent accounting practices, and guiding organizations to meet their regulatory commitments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery .
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting.
- Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Analyze payroll data and generate reports for management, identifying trends and discrepancies.
- Coordinate internal and external payroll audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from the client or client‘s employees, providing clear and timely responses.

Salary: EUR 2800 – 3500 gross.
