The Opportunity

Join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team – be a vital pillar for financial integrity, providing comprehensive accounting solutions, and helping businesses to maneuver through complex compliance obligations. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery .
• Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
• Analyze payroll data and generate reports for management, identifying trends and discrepancies.
• Coordinate internal and external payroll audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance payroll efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from the client or client‘s employees, providing clear and timely responses.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

• A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring error-free payroll processing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to various stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams and fostering a positive work environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations and organizational needs, with a proactive approach to challenges
• High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive payroll information
• Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English languages

Monthly Salary Range for This Position: - 2800 – 3500 eur (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
