As a senior learning and development (L&D) specialist you will be responsible for managing L&D function for EY Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will be working closely with executives to identify learning needs as well as maintain the network of international leading training providers to ensure exceptional learning experience for people at EY. Based on learning needs you will oversee and manage the deployment, planning, delivery, and compliance of our Baltic learning events (onsite, offsite and/ or virtually). This role needs to effectively balance working very independently while applying a consultative approach to address business needs with the right team members on a regular basis. A successful candidate will have strong project management skills and learning operations oversight experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Planning learning and development needs with Baltic business leaders
  • Preparing and monitoring annual learning budget, reviewing invoices and ensuring accuracy before sending for approvals and payment
  • End-to-end planning, and deployment of complex, multi-day onsite, offsite or virtual learning programs, as well as networking and social events related to those programs
  • Searching for internal and external training providers and maintaining relationships with the third-party vendors
  • Acting as the primary learning and development point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Depending on interests and availability, participating in other HR projects and initiatives

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a learning or event management (HR experience is a plus)
  • Practical experience with the development of learning plans and implementation and/or large event organization
  • Strong vendor and facilitator management skills, working closely with providers of technical learning
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, able to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and meet demanding timeframes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple groups across learning and the business
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint (use of pivot tables and v-lookup)
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Office 360 and SharePoint
  • Experience working with a learning management system (preferably SuccessFactors) is a plus

 

Salary: 2600 – 3200 Eur gross/month
