The opportunity

  

As a Senior Consultant in Cyber Incident Management, you’ll help our clients to address critical challenges stemming from cybersecurity incidents and digital threats. Your professional drive and experience will be key as you join our expanding team and advise organizations on how to strengthen their cyber resilience, incident response capabilities, and digital operational resilience frameworks, while ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements. *Please note that, as our Cyber Security Incident Management capability evolves, this role may in the future include participation in an on-call rotation supporting cybersecurity incidents outside standard business hours. Any on-call responsibilities would be subject to additional training, appropriate compensation, and separate contractual agreements.

 

Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Analyze processes and procedures to identify various cybersecurity risks and advise clients on not only how to address such risks but also establish and maintain effective control mechanisms within their organizations.
  • Assist clients with coordinating response efforts to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Perform independent assessments to ensure compliance with the regulatory digital operational resilience (DORA) requirements.
  • Work with business stakeholders, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities on investigations into cybersecurity incidents, IT-breaches as well as system and data manipulation.
  • Together with more senior team members look for new opportunities to create value for our clients.
  • Delegate to and oversee work of junior consultants.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • University graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related areas and work experience in cybersecurity / digital operational resilience (DORA) areas.
  • Excellent understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, and incident response, including familiarity with electronic investigation, forensic tools, and methodologies.
  • Result driven mentality with deep sense of responsibility for own’s work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, including delegating tasks and supervising the work of junior colleagues.
  • Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
  • Qualifications in information security (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) will be considered as advantage.
  • Experience in financial services industry (e.g. banks) will be considered as advantage.
  • Experience working with SIEM / EDR / NDR solutions (such as Crowdstrike or Sentinel) will be considered as advantage.
