The opportunity

The role will require the right candidate to work collaboratively with internal administration, colleagues from other EY offices as well as external public institutions to ensure that appropriate support and material is available for to complete public procurement or tender documentation. This person is expected to support in all aspects of producing proposals and preparing tender documentation and ensuring their top quality presentation.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Overall supervision of public procurement process
  • Support activities related to tender and public procurement bidding
  • Ensuring top quality of proposal documentation
  • Ensuring availability of appropriate material and the required documents for the proposal submission
  • Assistance in the compilation of material for tenders
  • Proposal record keeping and archive management
  • Consulting other team members about Lithuanian public procurement procedures, tools and techniques
  • Updating and maintaining various databases
  • Other help on request

As you will be a part of the Baltic team, the ability to manage projects and successfully navigate in large, matrixed organizations, work with senior executives will help you to succeed. Also, the ability to work independently and with the team, relying on strong interpersonal skills, high level of motivation and positive attitude to achieve results.

 

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 1-2 years work experience with public procurement procedures
  • Have knowledge and experience in applying of public procurement law
  • University degree (Law, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Ability to interact effectively and build cooperative relationships with different management levels and external parties
  • Sense of duty and responsibility, analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong coordination, planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English
  • IT literacy

Monthly salary range for this position: 2800 - 3300 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
