The opportunity 

Join EY Lithuania as a Manager in Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) and contribute to delivering high-quality accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance services to local and international clients. You will work in a globally connected environment, coordinating with EY teams across jurisdictions while ensuring consistent, accurate and timely delivery in line with EY quality standards. This is a hands-on managerial role offering strong client exposure, people leadership and involvement in accounting and financial reporting process optimization and transformation initiatives. 

Your key responsibilities 

• Lead and manage GCR engagements in Lithuania, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery of accounting, financial reporting and related compliance services. 

• Act as a trusted day‑to‑day advisor for clients, managing ongoing relationships and coordinating EY delivery teams locally and internationally. 

• Review and oversee preparation of financial statements ensuring compliance with Lithuanian or international requirements. 

• Manage engagement planning, timelines, budgets and service delivery risks, including issue identification and escalation in line with EY quality and risk management frameworks. 

• Drive efficient, standardized and technology‑enabled accounting and financial reporting processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Coach, develop and manage team members, fostering collaboration, technical excellence and a strong quality‑focused culture. 

Skills and attributes for success 

• Solid experience in accounting, finance management and financial reporting, ideally within a professional services or multinational environment. 

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes, with the ability to apply them in practical client situations. 

• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously. 

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset. 

• Excellent communication and people leadership skills, with confidence working in a cross‑border environment. 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Salary: EUR 4500-5500 gross
