The opportunity

Start as a Junior Transfer Pricing Specialist and explore your further career opportunities in a global professional services business. In this role, you'll be working with the largest multinational companies in various industries and fast-growing start-ups around the globe. You will get an opportunity to learn from senior team members and gain critical skills that are essential to future leaders in businesses across various industries and positions.

Your key responsibilities

• Support in Transfer Pricing Modeling: contribute to understanding clients’ business models, operational structures, and global / local value chains to identify transfer pricing implications and opportunities.
• Transaction Analysis and Risk Assessment: help analyze inter-company transactions to ensure compliance matters and identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
• Benchmarking and Economic Analysis: participate in preparing benchmarking studies and economic analyses to support transfer pricing positions and strategies.
• Preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation: help drafting compliant transfer pricing documentation and policies that reflect both regulatory requirements and business realities.
• Collaboration and Communication: work closely with clients and internal teams both local and global, and assist in responding to Tax Authorities queries or audits when needed.
• Continuous Learning: stay informed about transfer pricing developments, OECD guidelines, and evolving business trends to bring fresh insights to projects.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• A student or a graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related fields.
• Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• A person with a mix of communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking skills.
