• Collaborate with senior team members and IT specialists to implement automation initiatives.
• Participate in testing and validating automated solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making.

• Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of accounting principles and interest in process optimization.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Excel (including formulas and macros); knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn.
