The opportunity 

As a Consultant in EY-Parthenon, you will participate in due diligence, valuation and business modelling, M&A advisory engagements related to most significant cross-border transactions in the region involving private equity / financial investor groups as well as strategic corporate companies.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Perform industry and company research utilizing internal tools and databases. 

  • Perform due diligencevaluation, financial modeling, and other tasks under supervision. 

  • Collect and summarize data through contacts with the Client’s operational management and accountants as well as C-suite. 

  • Assist in preparing reports and analysis that will be delivered to clients and other parties. 

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team and client personnel. 

  • Develop an understanding of the EY technical methods as well as basic required principles and standards. 

 

Attributes to thrive in the role:

  • university degree or being a final year student in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or other business-related subjects. 

  • Good knowledge of corporate finance and understanding of business processes. 

  • An analytical mindset, critical thinking abilities, and effective time-management skills, ability to work well within a team and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.  

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point. 

  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.

Salary: EUR 2000 – 2200 gross.
