The Opportunity
EY is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for our Lithuanian practice. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our business development initiatives and supporting our teams in various strategic sales processes. You will collaborate closely with all service lines (departments) and work jointly with the Baltic Business Development team to enhance our market presence and client engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Lithuanian process of annual sales planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Facilitate the preparation and execution of Key accounts and Industry targeting meetings, driving engagement and relationship-building.
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare impactful presentations and reports for management meetings, showcasing insights and recommendations.
- Provide strategic support for business development initiatives and manage ad-hoc requests.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
- Relevant professional experience in a business development related positions.
- A university degree or currently pursuing studies in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in analytics and market research.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.

- A good understanding of the Lithuanian business and economic environment.
- A proactive approach with a strong orientation towards results.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Interest in AI and automation.

Monthly Salary Range for This Position: - 2700 – 3500 eur (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
