The opportunity
As EY Brand, Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be leading communication projects across the Baltic countries and represent company in Lithuania. You will be responsible for increasing the brand awareness and reputation. You will be managing public relations and corporate communications to provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences.
Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate the EY communication, considering the media mix
- Work with media stakeholders to improve EY visibility in the market
- Coordinate the media monitoring and analysis and support communication crises management processes
- Maintaining the unified brand presence
- Management of cross-media and platform (online/offline) campaigns, working with digital marketing tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag manager, LinkedIn campaign manager, Facebook Business manager), including physical events organization
- Create digital go-to-market strategies, digital content, paid social campaigns, web technology, digital UX and creative, SEO & their budget management
- Provide governance of digital marketing to reduce risk to brand and reputation
- Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, including e-mail, social media, paid search and online media
- Execute social media strategy with the goal of being the most engaging professional services firm online, to amplify content that provides best in class value to our stakeholders
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience with media relations
- Planning, time management and organizational skills
- Related work experience
- Creative and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proficient MS Office skills
Ideally, you’ll also have ability to manage projects and successfully navigate in large, matrixed organizations, work with senior executives will help you to succeed. Also, the ability to work independently and with the team, relying on strong interpersonal skills, high level of motivation and positive attitude to achieve results.

Salary: 4000 – 4800 eur gross
