Join our CcaSS team - the largest, globally integrated sustainability practice of any firm. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients to integrate sustainability and ESG practices into their core business strategy, helping them to navigate the complexities of sustainable business and to capitalize on new opportunities.

The opportunity 

Start your career as a Climate Change and Sustainability Specialist in the Baltic region - you will support the delivery of our sustainability reporting and trust solutions, by supporting multi-disciplinary teams in various projects.

Your key responsibilities 

• Work directly with clients to develop and implement ESG strategies and programs.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of sustainability reporting using voluntary GRI, mandatory reporting CSRD/ESRS and EU Taxonomy standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sustainability practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sustainability and ESG.

Attributes to thrive in the role  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, Sustainability, Business, Environmental Science or related field.
• You want to learn more and shape the future in sustainability, ESG, and related consulting services in climate change.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GHG Protocol, GRI, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Detail oriented and proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Salary: EUR 2200 - 3200 gross
