The opportunity
The ERP Contract Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing large-scale ERP programs, managing contract and risk activities, and ensuring the successful transformation of projects. This role requires close collaboration with the leadership team to monitor contract elements and manage scope, schedule, deliverable, and cost changes throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will be part of a diverse team of innovative and talented professionals, committed to providing top-tier consulting services to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Must have an understanding of large-scale ERP programs along with the contract and risk management activities and requirements associated with large-scale transformations.
- Working closely with the leadership team to monitor the elements of the contracts based on on-going project activities.
- Document and manage scope, schedule, deliverable, and cost changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support client negotiations and manage resource onboarding.
- Monitor and enforce ongoing project standards related to procedures, controls, and data privacy/security.
- Ensure EY's quality and professional standards are maintained.

To qualify for this role you must have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance and/or other related major.
- A minimum of 4 to 8+ years of experience with large-scale ERP programs and the PMO space.
- Proficiency in contract and risk management and Strong project management skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proven experience of programme coordination and administration and Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to support client negotiations effectively and understanding of data privacy and security standards.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, French language skills is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet client needs and project commitments.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $90,000 to $165,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
