Oracle Financial – Functional- Staff
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Should be able to interpret functional requirements and able to deliver and design it from offshore. If required ready to travel to onsite
- Help in design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle financial application.
- Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM /TCM or other prescribed methodologies.
- Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, TAX and Cash Management
- Participate in design reviews and discussions.
- Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
- Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
- Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
- Prepare quality deliverables.
- Prepare test scripts and test cases & conduct trainings.
Experience:
- Core experience in finance functions.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in ERP Financials (EBS /Fusion)
- Should have worked in at least 1 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Fusion Financials
- Experience in Oracle EBS functional financial areas.
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
- Experience in any of the major industry sectors like retail, government, energy, real estate, oil & gas, power & utilities

- Client site work / Business Traveling involved.
Education: Should be a graduate along with the accounting degree such as MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or ACCA from any reputed educational institution.
