Title: Cybersecurity Leader - GDS MENA 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Leader to join our Global Delivery Services organization in EY. As the Cybersecurity Leader in GDS MENA team, you will play a key role in leading our services delivery, building and managing stakeholders and client relationships, ensuring delivery quality, and fostering team and cybersecurity practice growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in building and developing the cybersecurity practice within the organization.
• Accountable for managing stakeholder and client relationships, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure delivery quality by implementing best practices, processes, and methodologies.
• Provide leadership in services delivery to meet client expectations and drive successful project outcomes.
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) activities and pursuit efforts to win more in the market.
• Manage resource utilization effectively to ensure optimal team performance.
• Ownership of engagement economics and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrate expertise across various cybersecurity domains, including but not limited to Cybersecurity Governance, OT Security, Security Architecture, VAPT, Managed Security Services, IAM, Cloud Security etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of various cybersecurity technologies and methodologies.
• Experience in serving clients in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region is preferred.
• Good understanding of MENA GCC regulations and frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity consulting projects and leading teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, SABSA or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
