Microsoft 365 (M365) Support Engineer
Role Overview
The M365 Administrator L3 will provide expert-level support, design solutions, and lead complex troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services. This includes governance, compliance, automation, and architecture-level tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead root cause analysis and provides permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Design and implement governance and compliance strategies.
- Develop advanced automation scripts using PowerShell.
- Manage Conditional Access, DLP, and advanced security configurations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for architecture-level changes.
- Mentor L1 and L2 teams and provide technical guidance.
- Experience Required (6+ Years)
- Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration, automation, and security compliance.
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and integrations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and security frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
