SAP TRM - Treasury and Risk Management - Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP TRM Staff responsible for the design, configuration, and support of the SAP Treasury and Risk Management module. An ideal candidate will work closely with the treasury and finance teams to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that optimize treasury operations, risk analysis, and financial reporting.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Implement and configure SAP TRM to meet business requirements, including cash and liquidity management, debt and investment management, market risk management, and hedge management.
• Analyze and map client business requirements to SAP capabilities within the TRM module.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on SAP TRM functionalities.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, such as functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Collaborate with other SAP module specialists to ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape, particularly with FI/CO, BW, and BPC.
• Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the SAP TRM environment based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Experience:  

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in SAP TRM.
• Proven experience with SAP TRM module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, and risk management principles.
• Successfully completed at least one end-to-end implementations.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills:

• Knowledge of financial markets, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques for transferring financial data into the SAP system.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education: 

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• SAP certification in Treasury and Risk Management (preferred).

Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
