SAP Signavio Functional- Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Signavio Manager, for driving business process transformation initiatives using the Signavio suite. You will engage with business stakeholders to understand their process challenges and deliver solutions that enhance process efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Signavio suite, including Process Manager, Workflow Accelerator, Process Intelligence, and Collaboration Hub.
- Work with business units to document current processes and develop future state process models using Signavio's tools.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Signavio across the organization.
- Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Support the integration of Signavio with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless process management and data flow.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards and best practices.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in SAP Signavio.
- Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
- Demonstrated experience with Signavio or similar business process management tools.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling notations such as BPMN 2.0.
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
- Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Competencies / Skills:
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and business process analysis.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements impacting process design.
- Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
- Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.
Education:
- Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
- Certification in business process management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) (preferred).
Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
