SAP FICO-Senior
Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the SAP Finance and Controlling module.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Manage and oversee the SAP FICO team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Lead the planning and implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their needs and translate them into SAP FICO functionalities.
• Configure and maintain the SAP FICO module, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Ensure the integration of the FICO module with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
• Develop and enforce best practices and controls within the SAP FICO environment.
• Provide expert advice on SAP financial processes and systems to senior management.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage SAP FICO-related upgrades, enhancements, and system maintenance activities.
• Lead the resolution of complex SAP FICO issues and provide support to end-users.

Experience:  

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO.
• Extensive experience with SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and support.
• Ability to communicate complex SAP FICO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Successfully completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education: 

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• SAP FICO certification(preferred).

Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
