SAP BTP Architect - Senior 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP BTP Architect Senior Consultant, responsible for crafting the architectural design and guiding the implementation of solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Define and maintain the architectural blueprints for SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of SAP BTP solutions, including database services, analytics, application development, and integration services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable SAP BTP solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability are incorporated into SAP BTP solutions.
• Oversee the integration of SAP BTP with SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across the enterprise.
• Stay abreast of SAP BTP updates, new services, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Conduct proof of concepts to validate architectural approaches and solutions.
• Mentor and train team members on SAP BTP technologies and methodologies.

Experience:  

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in SAP BTP.
• Successfully completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with SAP integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP API Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA.
• Extensive experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and its services.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and SAP cloud solutions.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education: 

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• SAP certifications related to BTP or cloud architecture (preferred).

Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
