EY’s Cyber Security practice is one of the fastest growing areas of the business with an immediate requirement for an Associate Director/Senior Manager, who has spent considerable time in Cyber domain, who understands Security strategies and standards, in-depth knowledge in Identity and Access Management, Data Privacy and Protection, SOC Operations, SOC Implementation, solid grip of Cyber GRC related services, ability to manage expectations on Threat hunting, threat detection and responses, Cloud security, application security management etc.

Your key responsibilities:
- Independently able to respond to RFP/RFIs
- With a consulting mindset and prior experience in client facing and similar roles
- Collaborating across teams to build a culture of cohesiveness and co-existence
- Advising senior leaders and clients on risk posture, emerging threats, and strategic improvements
- Practice development
Skills and attributes for success:
You’ll bring:
- Confidence in leading conversations with senior stakeholders and clients on core Cyber technology and related topics
- Have worked in Cyber strategy/security assessments
- Experienced in working with CISO’s/CTOs and other senior stakeholders of client IT Organisations
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Possesses excellent team management and stakeholder management skills
- Consulting knowledge in ZTA and similar areas
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or CISM
- SABSA certification is an added advantage
- PDPL, GDPR etc.
- Experience working with clients in sectors such as financial services, public sector, oil and gas, power and utility or healthcare
