The Senior Associate will play a pivotal role in providing analytical reporting to Global and area stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and enhancing process efficiencies.

The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing reports, developing reporting templates, and providing constructive feedback to team members. The role demands an analytical mindset, advanced data handling skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily reports for Global stakeholders and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting templates, incorporating dashboards to meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Review team members' deliverables, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support the annual quality review process and perform validations using EY databases.
• Analyze research to identify potential non-compliance issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to improve efficiency and enable in-depth analysis.
• Promote operational excellence by providing feedback on current practices and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision, ensuring attention to detail.
• Drive process enhancements and work independently to manage end-to-end deliverables.
• Supporting in process audits.

Skills and Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and other data analytics tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a well-developed problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Good decision-making capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a focused approach to work.
• Managing the Innovation Ideas Matrix and executing enhancements in projects.
• Advancing Team Capabilities by conducting Knowledge Management Training and enhancing Process Documentation.
• Overseeing Resource Management to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
• Providing effective Query Resolution and support to the team.

Education and Experience:

• M.B.A or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering analytical reporting and process improvements.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and compliance processes will be considered an added advantage.
