Senior Associate – Strategy outcomes contributors & Breakout facilitators

Job Description:
The Senior Associate will contribute to strategy outcomes,and perform duties as breakout facilitators. They are expected to have a keen understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes and client needs to inform strategic decision-making. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders is a critical part of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to strategy outcomes and facilitate group breakout sessions.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes and client needs to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, leveraging their expertise and insights to create impactful content.
• Manage all aspects of a session.
• Before a session that will include, supporting in detailed session design, detailed logistics planning, video / scribe hire and briefing, client team liaison, Mural/MIRO content & design creation and coordination, template design and creation, managing the session check list and executing them meticulously.
• During a session this will include: ensuring all logistics are in place, all technology is delivered and functions, all activities are planned, all material is available.
• After a session this will include: organizing the breakdown of the kit and its collection, writing up the session outcome, completing the credential write up, ensuring videos are completed and published, liaising with the scribe for any follow on activities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in strategy consulting.
