Job Description: Revenue Strategy And Operations Consultant (Mid-Level)
Role Overview
The Revenue Strategy & Operations consultant supports the design, execution, and optimization of revenue initiatives across the DPS. This role focuses on operationalizing revenue strategy, improving predictability of revenue outcomes, and enabling DPS leadership, demand and delivery teams through data, insights, and structured processes.
The role is hands-on, analytics-driven, and highly cross-functional, working closely with both internal and external stakeholder of DPS to ensure revenue plans are executed efficiently and tracked rigorously.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Planning And Support
- Support annual and quarterly revenue planning exercises
- Break down leadership revenue targets into executable plans and trackers
- Analyze historical revenue performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Assist in scenario planning and revenue modeling
Revenue Operations, Resourcing And Process Excellence
- Execute and optimize demand-to-cash flow and order-to-revenue processes
- Head count tracking and resource allocation management
- Maintain pipeline, forecast, and demand trackers with strong data accuracy
- Support standardization of revenue operations processes and templates
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
Reporting, Forecasting And Analytics
- Own regular revenue reports, dashboards, and trackers (weekly/monthly)
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and win/loss data
- Support leadership reviews with structured insights
- Ensure alignment with internal tracking tools
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Act as an operational liaison between different teams within DPS
- Hiring management – create requisitions and tracking the hiring in DPS
- Support adoption of revenue tools and dashboards
- Help create playbooks, templates, and standardized revenue artifacts
- Drive follow-ups and closure on revenue-related action items

Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, internal finance, or analytics roles
- Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline management, or operations
