Job Title: Technology Facilitator - Associate

Key Responsibilities: As a Technology Facilitator, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between technology and its practical application within teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Experience Development: Assist in developing and executing customer experience and digital vision strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
• Creative Software Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, along with collaboration software like Mural and Miro, to create engaging visual content and presentations.
• Visual Communication: Demonstrate skills in visualizing concepts and creating meaningful documents and presentations that effectively communicate ideas.
• Product Development: Support the development of products that leverage digital technologies to enhance client experiences.
• Prototyping: Assist in creating prototypes that showcase innovative solutions across various sectors.
• Design Sprints and Hackathons: Participate in planning and executing design sprints, hackathons, and technology-driven experiences that foster creativity and problem-solving.

Skills and Attributes for Success: To qualify for this role, you should possess:

• Design Thinking Knowledge: Familiarity with design thinking techniques and the ability to address complex business challenges with user-centered design solutions.
• Project management: Understanding of design sprints and lean product strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Basic experience as a business analyst, with the ability to conceptualize and support the software development lifecycle.
• AI and other emerging Technology exploration: Mindset to explore new technologies and their applications in business.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Business, Technology) with 0-1 years of experience.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Mural, InVision, Keynote, OmniGraffle, Sketch, or similar technologies.
