GO PMO – Staff Data Operator
The opportunity
Define and oversees engagement transitions plan and processes and establishes governance; manages complex issues; coordinates with other internal and client teams; assign resources, manages training and handover to BAU service delivery; provides client training; point of contact for escalations, incidents and blocks; manages engagement resources
Your key responsibilities
Abilities –
- Ability to define business processes to understand how the technology needs to be integrated and enabled
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
Technology Skills –
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Familiar with common ERP systems like SAP, Oracle and tax reporting engines
- Experience and understanding of EY technology deployment approach (e.g. technology implementation phases, gather requirements, design, tech set up, tech test, etc.)
Tax Technical Skills –
- Experience on reviewing TB, preparing fixed asset registers and posting entries into accounting systems
Knowledge –
- End to end delivery management in a services environment.
- Maintains interpersonal skills to engage with peers and other seniors of the firm, in matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing

Skills and attributes for success
Transition assistance manager will perform the below functions:
Operational:
Delivery –
- Understand the functioning of the engagement tools and client ERP systems involved in global service delivery
- Work with the EY tax teams and understand their current data requirements and fulfill their data needs
- Work on documenting the current process from the EY tax teams with process maps with details at Level 5
- Good communication skills to conduct trainings and process demos
- Publishing weekly reports to the leadership displaying the progress of the project
Quality –
- Responsible for quality of service
- Ensure the standard operating procedure is followed
- Flag the risks appropriately at right time
Learning & Development –
- Responsible for implementing innovative ideas
- Responsible for development of re-usable assets
People Management-
- Experience in handling a team of 2-3 people
- Scale-up the team with required skills
- Manage the KPIs for t
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors or master’s degree, preferably Commerce or Business Management
- 2-4 years’ experience of working in a multi-cultural and team environment
