Job Summary

This person would have significant experience in the Full stack technologies. He/she needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to work with our clients and teams across globe. An experience in designs, develops, and implements software applications following established architecture standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing scalable, fast, robust and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation
• Provide guidance and architectural oversight during solution fit, requirements, and design to ensure that the end to end solution remains aligned to the Technical applications strategy and target architecture.
• Provides subject matter expertise to design, develop, assess and implement complex architecture solutions (integrated process, applications, data and technology) for business problems in alignment with the assigned applications Solution Architecture direction and standard
• Keep up to date on emerging capabilities in open source area and identify where and how new capabilities can be applied
• Work closely with Product Management to plan and negotiate iterative development cycles in an Agile environment
• Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability.
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Contribute to EY’s internal knowledge base on best practices in this full technology area.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
• Keen sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize problems, analyse and resolve issues.
• Manage the team members by ensuring that the tasks are completed on time.

Technical Skills Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of experience in web application development
• Experience programming with object oriented and/or declarative languages
• Experience in developing REST services
• Highly experienced with back-end programming languages like Node JS
• Experience with developing web-based solutions using HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript framework like Angular JS, React etc.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB
• Experience using modern software configuration management tools in an automated build environment such as Git, Azure Dev Ops etc.
• Strong technical knowledge Azure/AWS PaaS/IaaS/SaaS, Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Must have strong hands on experience in development, implementation and deployment of multiple Web/Cloud applications and Distributed Systems
• Hands on experience with DevOps methodologies
• Understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including Agile (XP and Scrum)Work closely with Product Management to plan and negotiate iterative development cycles in an Agile environment.
• Should have experience in architecting applications in Cloud
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as individual contributor
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Ensuring non-functional aspect like high availability, scalability, security, performance, resiliency, cloud readiness & monitoring etc of partner integration are well crafted in architecture and design produced and are validated before & after implementation of application / enhancement / initiative / project etc.
