Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and consolidate weekly utilization reports across all managers and staff.
- Format and present reports in line with onshore stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze utilization trends and variances, identifying root causes through direct engagement with team members.
- Summarize findings and present actionable insights to managers.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with internal team members and managers to gather required data and inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Represent the team in internal meetings and discussions related to reporting and performance metrics.
- Process Management:
- Maintain and update reporting templates and trackers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes and data accuracy.
- Assist in the development of dashboards or automated reporting tools where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.) and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in reporting, analytics, or coordination roles is preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with utilization metrics and performance reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
