IBM Maximo EAM Functional lead - Technology Consulting (Senior Manager)
Role Description

• As a EAM Functional SME will be preparing EAM Functional Specifications based on client business requirements for New implementation and MAS upgrade.
• He will work closely with client teams, subject matter experts and key stakeholders from multiple business areas in providing expert technical guidance for EAM solutioning, Estimation, design and implementation.
• He will assist client to analyse their business process and give direction on how these may best fit into EAM. He will leverage his in-depth understanding of the ‘out-of-box’ product for developing a good functional specification. Based on the understanding of business requirement.
• He should be able to come up with solution(s) to map the business process(es). He should be able to conceptualize the solution, prototype various EAM application and to demonstrate the solution to relevant stakeholders.
• He will leverage His expertise in configuring EAM. He will be involved in EAM application configuration, EAM Database configuration, EAM workflow configuration, Security Group Configuration etc. He must have hands on experience in above.
• He may also be required to assist the technical team in EAM Configuration and Customization, Data Migration, Report development and EAM Functional Testing. He may also assist in User Acceptance Testing.
• Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Experience of solution design, deployment within Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) domain
  • Knowledge and experience of business process re-engineering (ideally in Maintenance Management, Inventory and Supply Chain)
  • Experience of EAM Implementation within multiple domains 
  • Experience of Fit-Gap analysis of how EAM as product fits the client requirements
  • Experience of Large scale EAM Implementation including Solutioning, Estimation, Design and Hands on Implementation
  • In Depth knowledge of All EAM modules with a deep knowledge of key modules i.e., Assets, Inventory, Planning, Resources, Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Contracts, etc.
  • Hands on experience on EAM configurations using application designer, database configuration, automation scripts, workflow configuration, conditional expressions, escalations, EAM Integration Framework, SQL statements etc.
  • Should have extensive experience in EAM reporting and analytical reporting
  • Experience with EAM industrial solutions and add-ons, Linear Assets, HSE, transportation, APM(IOT P&U), EAM Mobility
  • Experience with Maximo Work center - Industrial Solution and ERP integration (SAP-Oracle)
  • Experience on EAM Mobile is a plus
  • Experience across life cycle of a Project Implementation
