CMS-TDR – Senior (SEG/DAG/eDiscovery- Proofpoint and Microsoft/Varonis/Microsoft Purview and Veritas Enterprise Vault)

 

 

Job Summary

 

Looking for 4+ years experienced professional to manage Secure Email Gateway (SEG) operations, support Microsoft Exchange mail flow/DAG, and handle eDiscovery, retention, and archiving using Proofpoint, Microsoft Purview, Varonis, and Veritas Enterprise Vault.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and tune Proofpoint SEG for phishing, BEC, spam, and malware protection
  • Investigate email threats and support SOC incident response activities
  • Support Microsoft Exchange Online / DAG mail flow and troubleshooting
  • Execute eDiscovery and Legal Hold activities using Microsoft Purview
  • Manage retention, compliance, and governance policies
  • Support email archiving and discovery using Veritas Enterprise Vault
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, SOC, and Messaging teams

 

 

Required Skills

 

  • Hands on experience with Proofpoint Email Security
  • Strong understanding of email security threats and SPF/DKIM/DMARC
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery & retention
  • Exposure to Varonis for data governance
  • Experience supporting Veritas Enterprise Vault
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange / DAG / mail flow

 

 

Preferred Skills

 

  • PowerShell scripting (Exchange / M365)
  • SIEM integration for email security logs
  • Microsoft / Proofpoint / Veritas certifications (nice to have)
