PAM Tool – (CyberArk/Centrify/Beyond Trust/CAPAM) – Senior (L3)
Job Summary:
The role will primarily be responsible for the new integration and enhancement that are required in the current environment and further transition assignments. Also adhering to agreed SLA’s and ensuring high standards for quality delivery in regard to project documentation.
Key Responsibilities/ Expectation:
- Serve as a PAM Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Hands on experience in end to end Installation/implementation/Upgrade of any of the PAM Solutions (CyberArk/Centrify /Beyond Trust etc.).
- Administrate and manage security policies in compliance with business requirement to define Role Based Security or Elevated Privilege, Control structure and resource utilization.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive customer data.
- L3 support will include, recognizing the problems, finding anomalies and providing a root cause analysis.
- Provide explanations and information to stake holders on complex issues.
- Monitor the security systems in place and respond to any security violations or any gaps identified during periodic audits and fixing them to meet the compliance policy.
- Enhancing/up skilling self through trainings or workshops to deliver quality solution to the customers as per new industry trends.
- Ability to translate any new business requirements into a technical solutions.
- Responsible for handling application integrations with PAM solution to manage their Privileged Identities.
- Manage High availability/ Disaster Recovery solutions of the PAM components.
- Coordinate with vendor in troubleshooting issues and deliver the new requirements like 2FA.
- Work and communicate well with Network-Security, Server team to set up /modify/resolve issues related to Cyber Ark infrastructure.
- Application patch deployment.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Work Experience:
- 6+ Years’ Experience
Skills Expertise
- Centrify & CyberArk PIM Suite
- Must have experience in using Power shell scripting to automate the task.
- Good soft skills i.e. verbal & written communication.
- Exposure to global security standards e.g. PCI, SOX, HIPAA etc.
- Past experience in managing mid to large sized organization.
- Prior experience working in remote teams on global scale.
- Customer orientation skills
Certification:
- Cyber-Ark/Centrify/ any PAM soln. (Required)
- ITIL or equivalent (Good to have)
Work Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as required
- Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required
- Willingness to work in shifts as required
PAM Tool – CyberArk/Centrify/BeyondTrust – Staff (L2)
Job Summary:
The PAM Administrator role will primarily be responsible for the support and enhancement that are required in the current environment in accordance with agreed SLA’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should have implementation/Support experience on Privileged Identity Management products like CyberArk/Centrify/Beyond Trust etc.
- Administrate and manage security policies in compliance with business requirement to define Role Based Security Access.
- Migrate privilege user accounts into password vaulting tool.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of the password vaults and provide user support for PAM solution.
- Required to handle the PAM solution’s DC/DR failover.
- Coordinate with vendor in troubleshooting issues and complete the new business requirements.
- Work with network, server team to set up /modify/resolve issues related to Cyber Ark infrastructure.
- Continually improve the quality of the implementation Support for PAM engagements.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Work Experience:
- 2-4 Years’ Experience

- Cyber Ark PIM Suite version 9.X/10.X
- Good soft skills i.e. verbal & written communication, technical document writing etc
- Exposure to global security standards e.g. PCI, SOX, HIPAA etc
